1. General Terms

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products sold by Snap Buy Limited through www.snapbuyhk.com.
Please read carefully before placing an order.
By completing your purchase, you agree to all terms stated in this Policy.

2. No Cancellation & No Refund After Order Confirmation

2.1 Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, we DO NOT accept:

• Order cancellation

• Order modification

• Refund requests (for any reason)

2.2 This applies to all items, including but not limited to:

• Livestream flash-sale items

• Limited editions

• Clearance or discounted items

• Pre-order or sourcing/agency items

• All in-stock items

3. No Returns; Exchanges Only for Damaged or Incorrect Items

3.1 Exchanges are ONLY accepted if:

• The product is received damaged

• The product received is incorrect (i.e., wrong item, color, or size)

3.2 Exchanges are NOT accepted for:

• Personal preference: dislike, change of mind, does not fit

• Minor color or texture differences from photos

• User-caused damage or signs of use

• Packaging imperfections that do not affect product function

• Smell of new materials (plastic, fabric, etc.)

4. Exchange Request Procedure

To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product:

• Order number

• Photos/videos of the issue

• Clear evidence of damage or wrong item

We will review the request and confirm eligibility.

5. Exchange Method (Return by Mail / In-Person Drop-Off)

5.1 Once approved, customers must either:

• Ship the item to our designated address, or

• Drop off the item in person at our designated location
